In science our students are exploring balance and motion. Last week we made tops using a disc and a straw for the axis. Students designed and created the spinner they thought would spin the longest, then competed with each other. This week students made zoomers using a disc and some string. Keeping the zoomer moving was difficult, but many students made it work.
